once i can see my six pack (hopefully in another 5-10 lbs) i'm going to try to put on 40 lbs of muscle over 2 years. that's my long term goal.
my short term goal is lose 5-10 lbs (which i should be able to do within 5 weeks) and then try to put on 1lb a week while maintaining my six pack.0 -
I thought I was way bigger than I actually am when I finally stepped onto a scale (without closing my eyes in the doctor's office) for the first time in 10 years. This pleased me very much. The first goal was to be under 200, but I've been doing that so fast, I think I may have that by Easter. The goal is 175 lbs. by August 1 (School starts back then, and I'm a teacher). My ideal goal would be 150 lbs. by August 1, but I'm not sure that's do-able, or even probable. When I get to my ideal weight ,eventually, I would like to eat again since I really love food, but continue exercising to keep the weight off. I've found (surprisingly) that I actually like working out!0
