I don't mind splenda personally. The one I try to avoid is aspartame, but that is because it gives me headaches. I keep hearing good things about truvia, I might give that a try.0

I prefer splenda over truvia but you're not me..hope you like it better than I do! My motto is everything in moderation...I don't use it everyday.0 -

Hahaha...
I've got one for the zealots....
"WALKING OUTSIDE INCREASES YOUR CHANCE OF BEING STRUCK BY LIGHTING,"
Or
"WALKING INCREASES YOUR CHANCE OF BEING HIT BY A BUS,"
Yeah...People like that are NOT on my MFP team.0 -
Hahaha. I love this. Such a valid point. But seriously..yes. Yes it does.0

It sure has...if I don't get my food! lol
Oh, and apparently Splenda caused my MS!!
I love that one...since experts can't even decide what causes it in people.0 -
Thank you. :laugh:0

Hilarious! I noticed that trend last night. It's like pre-6 o'clock news: "Is your child's school lunch killing him??? Stay tuned at 6pm to find out.."
LMAO SOOO TRUE!!! saw this one once... "you eat egg whites as the healthier choice, but are eggwhites worse than 5 McDonald's cheeseburgers??" stay tuned to hear some BS that isn't even remotely true, we just want your ratings and we have nothing better to lie to you about, tonight at 6 on ABC 13" hahaha0 -

It was so funny because my pastor the other day during a sermon read off some FDA guidelines of what they allowed in food. Because he was talking about people criticizing you for not living a life of purity lol....so mine is what about all the bug matter etc in foods that we ingested everyday and the FDA allows it lol0
