    i waited until tonight to run.........got 4 in but still recovering from my tri on sunday!
    back to marathon training tomorrow!

    so forgot to post - yesterday was cross-training!
    Did 12 miles on bike and then circuit/strength training

    2 miles and core strength Thursday!
