I know everyone feels comfortable at a different weight, but just wondering!

    I'm closer to 5'6" than 7 but my goal is between 140 and 150.

    edited to add: when I get there I'll evaluate and maybe go a little further...we'll see :)

    Hi! I'm 5'7" and I'm shooting for between 135 and 140 as my goal weight.

    im either 5'6 or 5'7 ( everytime i get measured it changes but its always one of these 2) and right now my goal weight is 150 but i may change that when i get there depending on if i like myself at that weight

    The BMI high is 159 so I am shooting for that or a little less.

    I'm 5'7.5". I started at 147 and I am now at 133 and happy. :)

    I have a hard time figuring out my goal weight......because my 14 year old is 5'8' and is 130...and that looks so thin....so when you say 135-140....I think of her....and don't want to be that thin!!

    Right now...I want to get to 175 and then go from there!!! I still have some weight to lose before I even get close!!!

    I'm shooting for about 160 to start. We'll see if I can get much below that without starving myself ;)

    I'm 5'6 & 3/4" Ideally my goal weight would be 150... but recently had my body composition checked... and I'm afraid I have way too much muscle for that to be a realistic goal... I'd be happy with 175...

    My first goal weight it 132. I started at 157. I feel pretty good at 141 right now but I still have plenty of belly flab to burn :) I will probably feel pretty amazing at 130 something. We shall see :)

    I'm 5'8" and weigh 130. I think between 130-140 is a good goal weight

    I am 5'9 and they say my weight should be 165 but there is no way that 165 is healthy for me. I don't even like how 165 looks on me. At 165 I am about a size 7-8 and I look like a bobblehead. I look best between a size 10-12 and around 180-190, but ideally size 12. 165 or lower, it looks like someone should dig a grave for me. Also I have an athletic build so very healthy calf muscles and lower body.

    My goal is 145 but I just kind of randomly picked that number because I remember liking my body at that weight years ago. I have always been more the athletic than rail thin type (medium frame). I reserve the right to lower the number from 145 once I reach my goal!

    i'm 5'9 with a very large bone structure and muscle mass and dr told me not to go below 165... i was 130 at a point and was "anorexic" for my bone structure.. but eveyrone is different!! my goal weight is between 165-150...

    I'm about 5'7 1/2" ( I don' t know why I always have to add the 1/2 :) My goal weight is 140, even though my feelings wouldn't be hurt if I ended up closer to to 135! I've had two kids so I know I'll never get back to my high school weight.

    I am between 5'7 and 5'8 and my initial goal weight is 135, but I really want to get down to a toned 130. I look way to skinny at 125 but look really good at 130.

    I am 5'6" and per that calculator, my happy weight should be 153.8 but I'll be happy with 155!

    I'm 5"6 and my goal is 155. It seems a little higher than what everyone elses has posted on here, but I dont think I'll ever be at the lower end of the healthy weight range, so I opted to try and hit the top of the range.

    When I get there (I was about to say IF and then corrected it to when!) I will see if I like it or want to lose more. I'm not 100% into the whole thing (as in, if I get to a UK14 (US10) and I like it, but its outside the healthy range) then I will stay with that. I have been overweight for about 10 years, so I am just aiming for less weighty!

    I'm 5'7" and my goal wieght is about 175-180. I'm muscularly built, and that would put me at about a size 10. I'm good with that. Less than that....for me....is too small in my eyes.

    5'7" and would love to way around 145. That's only about a 10 pound weight loss, but it seems to be the hardest thing to do. It seems getting older makes things sooo much more difficult. Have extra belly fat from having babies that i just cant seem to get rid of. FRUSTRATING!!!!

    I'm 5ft7 and I'm aiming for 154, its the weight I was for 20 years excluding pregnancy, I have a medium-large frame based on wrist and elbow measurements. I will evaluate once i'm closer to goal, would prefer a little extra padding on my rear to save my face!
