    Thanks for the recipe. I have a severe gluten intolerance. Rheumy said to stay away from gluten. :flowerforyou:

    I try to stay away from gluten as well. I don't have celiac, but wheat and I are just not friends anymore. :grumble:

    Bump, in case I want to deviate from my cauliflower pizza crust.

    My hubby will NOT eat cauliflower. I tried to trick him w/ the mock potatoes one time... he'll never let me forget it!! :grumble:

    Jess, finally had a chance to try this recipe. Didn't have the coconut flour, so I just substituted buckwheat, but it was great anyway. Even the kids liked it.
