Today marks seven months on MyFitnessPal and I decided it's time for another progress report.

WEIGHT
Starting: 280.0 pounds / Current: 204.8 pounds
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 75.2 pounds

MEASUREMENTS:
Starting Hip: 54.0 inches / Current Hip: 42.5 inches
Loss: 11.5 inches

Starting Thigh: 32.0 inches / Current Thigh: 24.0 inches
Loss: 8.0 inches each, total 16.0 inches

Starting Calf: 19.5 inches / Current Calf: 16.5 inches
Loss: 3.0 inches each, total 6.0 inches

Starting Waist: 45.5 inches / Current Waist: 31.5 inches
Loss: 14.0 inches

Starting Chest: 51.0 inches / Current Chest: 43.0 inches
Loss: 8.0 inches

Starting Upper Arm: 16 inches / Current Upper Arm: 12.25 inches
Loss: 3.75 inches each, total 7.5 inches

Starting Neck: 15.5 inches / Current Neck: 14 inches
Loss: 1.5 inches

TOTAL INCHES LOST: 64.5 inches

I am so grateful for the support and encouragement I've received on here.

• I've lost 75.2 pounds and 64.5 inches all over.

• I've gone from having two chins to only one. :laugh:

• I have collarbones!!!!! And calf muscles!!!! And a ribcage!!!!!

• I've gone from a size 24W in pants to a regular 16.

• I've gone from XXL shirts to mostly Medium.

• I've gone from a size 24 bathing suit to a 14.

• I've gone from "morbidly obese" to just "overweight."

• My resting heart rate has gone from 110+ (way too high) to about 55 (very healthy)

• I've gone from getting winded after a 5 minute walk to being able to jog a mile without slowing down
(I'm working on more, but that's where I am right now).

• I've gone from not even being able to do one "girly" push-up to being able to do 25+ girly ones and
5 "real" push-ups without stopping (once again, I'm still working on that).
