    Yum, these JUST came out the oven. They did shrink a lil, but I'm not sure if that isn't because I left them in a little too long. I added two tablespoons of honey, cinnamon, and /2 cup of walnuts to the mix. I used Rice Dream instead of skim milk, and I used King Authur's whole wheat all-purpose flour. They turned out to be 92 calories each and very delicous!! They were a bit gooey on the inside, though. I'm not sure if this is the usual, because I've never bthered with banana-nut muffins before.
