Looks like my gals here are MOTIVATED!! Yea!!!!!!! Keep it going over the next few days.
I thought I would have easy gols this week, but my pedometer has been short every day!! I won't cry, still gonna try, but I just may pass it by. Always something, isn't it?? LOL
My inlaws are coming from Holland on Friday evening. I work half a day tomorrow then I will making myself crazy preparing.
I also have an Easter Egg Hunt for my grandkids & cook a big meal for all, on Easter.
I could take a nap right ow, and just may take a cat nap. Got things to do tonight. :yawn:
So many of you have sent messages & posts and I really appreciate all of them. Please forgive me, when I can't do personals. Love ya all!!0 -
Alright, well, I've been under on my calories today, and I went for a 30 minute walk this morning. I've also had, I'm pretty sure, at least 64 ounces of water, cuz I've drunk a crap ton of water today. Now I just need to get crackin' on the homework!0

Wednesday check in (12/21 planks 180/315 core exercises)
Breakfast & lunch were from home again today, 3 for 3. Though I was tempted ... And the vending machine had my favorite treat took all my strength to pass it by. But I DID IT pat on the back for me.
Keep up all the hard work. If you don't make your daily goal its ok tomorrow is a new day to try again!0 -

I wanted to tell you the other day, how happy I was that you were taking your lunch to work!! It saves me daily when I prepare my own food, and I know what goes in it!!
Good Job!! And I know, that at times it seems it would just be easier, but one GOOD HEALTHY HABBIT THAT will MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!.

C25K W1 D2 1.75 miles walk 3-3.5 mph run 5-6 mph it felt good and worked a hard sweat out of me really have gotten way out of shape. Finished total fo 2 miles in 34.5 mins0

155/225 - I could only get int 15 minutes of walking... I'm exhausted.
TOM is in town... so I am not in a great place and all I wanted to do was EAT today!

It's one of those things I do off and on. But when I'm running late in the morning it is the first thing I will skip doing so I can get out of the house on time. And I'm usually running late So I'm starting to get into the habit of getting my lunch ready the night before. It has been helping!

Breakfast & lunch were from home again 4 for 4. I did it this week, I'm off of tomorrow. (I'm not counting the package Of salad dressing I bought at lunch, I had run out at home and the salad needed a little something)0 -

My Goals for this week (Sunday to Saturday):
1) Exercise for 225 minutes
2) Aim for a 3 pound loss this week.
3) Limit sodium to below 1800mg per day.
1) I did 250/225 this week!
2) I lost 3.2 pounds but I didn't make good choices.
3) I stayed under 1800 for 5/7 days.

I made my goal and then some. I also need to do a little more today to get those candy calories evened out So it is off to play Wii for me. Tee hee!0 -
So we headed out of town for the holiday I had Friday off so I tried to get my exercise in while home by myself did 3 miles of exercise. Then went to pick up our side of beef from the meat locker and when I was putting the meat away in our freezer I broke the lid so we had to go buy a new freezer before leaving town Friday. So headed out Saturday morning and ate way to much at family dinner took a mile walk to go pick up a movie to watch with hubs and my mother while kids spent the night with other grandparents. Ahhh to watch a movie without pausing a dozen times to deal with kids wa amazing. Then we ate more today but have not found time to get in any exercise today.0
