While I was pregnant with my 2nd child, I decided that once he arrived, I would change my lifestyle and work at becoming a size healthier. I am proud to share my pictures and plan to continue posting updated pictures as I continue to lose. My first major goal is 100 pounds lost by my son's 1st birthday on Oct. 19th, 2011. I will make it and then some!!!
Here is a picture comparison.
I am 3.5lbs away from my first mini goal and 18.5lbs away from my major goal!!! How I have lost this weight is by portion control, counting calories (ty MFP!), exercise, increasing my liquids, and choosing healthier options.I have also been exclusively nursing my son for the entire time! I am so proud of myself!!!

Thank you! I am so glad that I can inspire someone! I really cant even fathom the idea of carrying around all that weight. My daughter is 26 months and I was carrying around 2.5 of her! 0_o! I feel so amazing and its only going to continue!0
