    VERY, VERY cool you look fantastic congrats I have about 120 to go can't wait till I look different like Jennifer Anistan some one cute and perky instead of some one old and grey. But I'll still be happy no matter what and your second picture is skinny face you are beautiful

    I was having a bad week, but I am back on track again.
    I love this place :)

    for those asking how I did it, nothing special, just fill in the food diary and make wise choices, and eating good healthy fresh foods, and chocolate ;) and exercising. 4-5 times a week.
    its been slow, not over night, the 100lbs is a result of 2 years. lifestyle change. not a diet.

    how long did it take you ?? i have a lil over 100 to lose to reach my goal weight. i know it doesn't come off overnight! sure wish it did :)
