I was curious to what most girls here had as their goal waist size!
Do you take into account your frame?

I'd like to get to a 27, any smaller than that just seems crazy for me.

But I here about girls with 24 inch waists? They must have such a dainty skeletal structure, right?

    I don't think i've ever seen mine below 27, even when i was 117lbs!!

    I think it may be because I have a medium to large frame. =[
    It's okay tho, I have what I have! :D

    Mine's currently 31". I'd like to be in the 26-28" range - depends on what it looks like. I have wide ribs so a REALLY tiny waist would look ridiculous on me!

    My dream wedding dress is a vintage one that has a 25 inch waist with a 2 inch seam allowance so my goal is to get a 25 inch waist but I'll settle for 27 inches.

    Depends on how you're built. I've always had a small waist. When I started here in February at 143 (I am 47 years old and 5'3" tall) my waist was 26 inches. I'm at 130 now. My goal weight is 125, last time I was at that weight my waist was 24 inches, not sure you'd call me "dainty" though :).

    It's just a crazy thought, since my thighs are about 22.5 inches around. A waist 1.5 inches bigger? Woaaah.

    Haha my goal is 24! I'm currently at 25 right now, so getting close. I think it all depends on how you carry your weight, I'm an hourglass. I'm 5'6 and 128 and as long as I can remember I've had a really defined waist, even when I was 10-15 pounds heavier.

    I am in the same boat with a 31 inch waist, mine used to be a 24-26 prior to having 2 almost 10 pound boys. I am wondering if its even possible for it to shrink back down or has my body expanded and can never shrink back?

    When I was in tip top shape I never measured my waist so I'm not sure.....I don't have a waist that goes in tiny on the sides like a friend of mine does. Her waist always measures much tinier than mine no matter what size we are. Shes's got great sexy curves where I have a more athletic build.

    I would guess a 26/27 would be a nice place to start anyway:)

    I am your height but I weigh 142. perhaps if I slimmed down to your size, I too could have a small waist again. Thanks for the imput. I was aiming for 135 but I may go for around 130 and see if I get my waist back:happy:

    Currently at a 33" waist but would love to get down to a 29" and see how I feel there. When I first started in December my waist was at 45" so I'm getting there. :smokin:

    my goal is 25 and i'm currently at 26 1/4. i'm not sure i'll ever make it to my goal though. but not bad considering i started at a 30 or 31!

    lol ive never measured my thighs before ... *gets tape measure out...* 16! no wonder ive got tiny chicken legs haha

    I've been the same, ive been from 117 to 160 lol and ive always had a pretty hourglassish figure.
    39-32-42 at my biggest
    to a 35-27-38 at my smallest

    I just don't think i'll ever get smaller than that. :P
