It's happened to be a lot, but I can't think of any off the top of my head right now....figures lol.
That's one reason why Calorie counting is so helpful in my opinon, because many foods one would think of as low Calorie really might not be. Especially fruit, since many are high in natural sugars.0 -
Cheese always annoys me. Seriously!!! Why can't cheese be a freebie!?!0

With that bread drops you down to bout 440 right?0 -

Let's see if I can get this down! haha
Nature's Own Whole Wheat Bread Light - 40 cals per slice (2)= 80 cals
Better N Peanut Butter 2 tbs= 100 cals
Smucker's Blueberry Jam (I got the blueberry from the perserves above) 1 tbs= 20 cals (2tbs)= 40 cals
*I got this from the database, seems that smucker's are pretty low and they even make a sugar free kind
that equals........ 220 cals????0 -
This threw me for a loop the other day:
One 8oz. glass of Kroger - 2% Reduced Fat Milk has 11g of sugar?! :noway: I had no idea. Heck, I'm only allowed 24 per day and that one glass was almost half. :grumble:0 -

I knew it could be done. I don't eat PB&J's... Never been a fan, so I couldn't help with that stuff. The only time I really ate them was during my pregnancy and I wasn't lookin for the low cal kind. haha Good Job MagicChatter!0 -
all we need to cheese that doesn't kill your cals. (laughing cow is better... but definatly not as yummy) :drinker:0

Diet peanut butter? Forget it.
I'd forgo the bread and jam instead. Peanut butter on a stick. Now that is my kind of P&spoon.
Can I just say....GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

I have sushi - 8 pieces for 310 and 4 grams of fat.
I saw a packaged one in the store and 4 1/2 rolls were like 255 calories..which meant the tiny 9 pieces were 510calories . I would hate to see what my favorite resturant here in town is .. Maybe its the way its made0 -

They do add different sesame vinegars and such, so maybe that is the difference? I'll have to weigh mine out again to see what I get. Sushi is simple though, so for the most part your calories are in the rice and avocado.0 -
