    greek yougurt isn't as bad when it's made into mint dressing- try it with lamb. tasty.

    raw carrots. so stringy, can't handle it.
    green leaves with no juice in it- lettuce is ok cause the texture is kind of juicy. dry leaves- bleegh

    tofu isn't great but its awesome in a laksa. it soaks up all the laksa goodness- yum.

    That's what is called an Isreali salad, use a vinagarette dressing on chunked favorite veg, peppers all colors, onion if you like it, anything you like (hearts of palm, olives (usually black), tomato-usually grape to limit the fluid released), spices that you like (Mrs Dash, garlic whatever) Eat it cold, it is yummy. You could add steamed broccoli and cauliflower, or fresh, which is what I prefer, and refrigerate it so its really cold. Great summer salad! That is how I make it, but I am sure there are more authentic recipies
