I have this problem too, 4 children later, I can't sneeze, cough, run or jump without it being a problem. For some kegels help, and if it's a minor problem the tampon and panty liners can take care of it. For more serious issues, like mine, it will require surgery to fix. In the mean time I avoid jumping most of the time and run very briefly if at all.0

Unfortunately, stress incontinence also hits non-mothers. I just wanted to share a great device ive been using called the kegelmaster, it's resistance training for your pelvic floor. Yes it looks lik a *kitten* and makes my husband jealous but it works for stress incontinence and escalates orgasm. It's expensive but worth it.

There are also Ben wa balls for much cheaper at a sex shop near you http://www.benwaballs.net/, you place them in your vagina and walk around that way, holding the balls in.0
