104 lbs down....More to go, but I'll keep truckin'!

I got about 10 lbs heavier than the before picture before I started seriously changing things.
And the after is 104 lbs down! I've still got a long way to go, but I'm keeping on going and doing the best I can.
The weight is coming off much slower now than it did at the start (I started losing in October) but I'm just trying to stay motivated and believe I'm doing well and keep it up. I have a hard time seeing any difference myself and struggle with that everyday...but I'm trying!

Oh I can definitely see a difference, especially in your waist & hips.
Be proud and keep going!0 -
Now that is very very cool. I bet you feel light on your feet, your joints are saying thank you, and life is just getting better and better. That is an awesome accomplishment. And yes, you look like a happy, healthy, confident camper there. Keep on going, take your time.0

Its harder to notice the changes our body is going through when look in the mirror every day. With that said looking at your before and current picture you can see a big difference. Especially in your hip area. Keep up the great work.0

What? You can't see the difference. I see all of the improvements. Keep up the good work!!!!0

OMG...yes there is a difference!!!! You may not see it, but it's very, very obvious to others! You are doing fantastic! Keep up the great work!0

I think you're doing amazingly well and I can definitely see a difference.
Keep on trucking - it'll be SO worth it when you get to your final destination - I wish you well and lots of laughter on the road ahead.0 -
I just started and your success is keeping me motivated. Keep up the good work and one day I hope to be able to put up the same post!.0

I agree with all of the above! You have done an AMAZING job!!! Keep up your hard work!0

Thank you all - I see small changes, but it's just hard when you got so heavy to begin with. And it's hard to realize I have at least another 100 lbs to lose (My mini "goal" is a size 12/14....from there I'll decide if I want to lose more...I just remember that was the last time I felt good in my body and with my size). But I'm trying not to focus on the number!
I do feel better in many ways! I went from getting winded taking a shower, to being able to do 40 minutes if I push myself on the stairclimber, so I figure that's an improvement!!0 -
104 lbs is one hell of an achievement!! I CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE esp around the hips and the face - you are not as bottom heavy now. It is so bloody hard to keep going when all you can think about is the worthiness of it.......well, guess what??? IT IS SO WORTH IT! Surely you are breathing better, bending over better, able to put your socks on. Your heart would be beating more normal as well.
KEEP IT UP! Think of your goals and what you have achieved....I've lost a measley 10 lbs......you give people like me inspiration!!

Well done! I've lost only seven and have worked so hard at it! I can't imagine how hard you've worked for that level of success. I just know you're going to make it to your goal. Your before and after pictures are night and day! I can't wait for you to keep us posted on your progress.0

I'm really heavy and have a long way to go and I can relate at getting winded just taking a shower. Like I mentioned before you are motivating me that it can be achieved. thanks.0

Really fantastic job! You look incredible!!!0

Great job. Keep at it even though the weight may come off slower.0

Awesome. Even if you don't see the difference, I definitely can. Keep up the good work, and thanks for being an inspiration for the rest of us who have 100+ lbs to lose!0

104 pounds is nothing to frown about. It's is a HUGE accomplishment. And takes serious guts and commitment. I hope you feel proud of how far you've come and best of luck as your journey continues!0

Lookin good! Keep up the amazing work!0

104 lbs. You can absolutely see a difference. You're beautiful!
I'm just wondering if you're hiding that beauty under t-shirts that are too big for you - t-shirts for a body you no longer have (which is a good thing).
Keep up the great work! Be proud and show off for the world0 -
I see a difference for sure! You go girl!0
-
I can totally see the difference! And like another poster hinted at: quit hiding behind your old tshirts! You are beautiful!0

Wow! The only problem is that that word is an understatement!! If only you could see the jaw wide open and having a hard time closing. You look radiant and not just size wise. Your happiness is truly beaming through! I know it must be frustrating losing slower than you want. But just remember that your skin needs time to adjust and shrink back. Slower is better than surgery. Keep on trucking along. You are a true inspiration to many!0
