    Done! half done at level 1 and half at level 2. Thought it would be easy but boy can I feel it in my calfs!!

    Did it! 150, in three intervals of 50. Forgot to stretch in the beginning, but did some stretching and yoga when I finished. I feel great!!!

    175 done! I did 75 weighted (grocery bags in my hands lol), 50 off a step and the rest freestanding during Real Housewives commercials lol.

  • i got 75 in today my calves are on fire...lol i did them on the porch steps holding 5 lb weights feet shoulder width apart...

    Im done....I did 210, 150 on steps, 30 flat footed and 30 weighted(Had a Dell computer in my hands).
