Working out and not feeling hungry...

First of all I finally got around to putting up a pic, go me.
Second of all, I'm almost through week two and still going strong, go me times 2.
Lastly, I've been working out right after I get off work, around 4:30 or 5:00. However, after I get finished with my workout I don't feel hungry anymore. Yes, it helps me to eat less, but the other night I had a late dinner and even at almost 8:00 I was still not even slightly hungry. If I eat and then go work out after I end up feeling really nauseous. Should I try something different or just keep up the routine I've developed?
Thanks so much for all your help!

I find that working out takes away my hunger too! I think it's pretty normal. Though I can't tell you why it happens, lol.0

That happens to me, too, and I don't know why. But, as long as you are getting enough calories to fuel your body and keep you out of starvation mode, keep it up!0

me too! On weekends, i usually get out running/walking around 9, and I don't feel hungry til after noon. My workouts during the week are less intense - yoga, light strength training, light aerobic, so I don't notice it.... but they're also not "worth" as many calories. So I use weekends as my "splurge" meals. Plenty of peanut butter, pasta, and meat!0

Wow! :noway: every time I finish with a workout, I am sooooo totally hungry! I come home, and post my exercise calories before I make lunch, just to settle me down, and give me a breath to plan out the next meal. but gawd, I could eat a horse when I'm done... except the horse probably wouldn't enjoy it much...0
