200ml skimmed milk
blitz the oats - add the rest and, blitz up leave for 5-10mins blitz again and enjoy - more banana thicker smoothie, more mango sweeter taste

I'm not hat hungry in the morning so usually I eat cereal w/low-fat milk and fruit. My favorite "healthy" breakfast is scrambled eggs with salsa, cottage cheese and whole wheat toast.0

Bump, those oatmeal pancakes sound good! I've been making this recipe I found in Oxygen magazine (slightly altered): old fashion oats cooked on the stove, then add ff greek yogurt, honey, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and mixed berries. Let it sit over night and eat it cold in the morning! Its to die for and u can add or subtract for different ingredients easily to taste. The orginal recipe called for maple syrup but i only had honey in the house : )0

oatmeal pancake sounds delicious! might try it tomorrow morning0

Oat bran wrap with one egg scrambled, 1 laughing cow wedge warmed in micro for a few seconds. Maybe a slice of turkey bacon sometimes. Mmm.0

Cereal! I absolutely adore the stuff. I eat it all the time, so many flavors, and brands hot or cold. I either have that or peanut butter on toast so the peanut butter is melty.0

I'm trying the more protien- less carbs approach, so make a smoothie of
1 x medium sized banana
1 cup unsweetned soy milk
1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter (any old kind, I'm not fussy!! Using tescos own brand at the moment)
Then I add whatever soft fruit i fancy. can be blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, forest fruits, mango, etc etc. I get the frozen ones and thaw them the night before in the fridge, or soetimes put them in frozen if i fancy a really cold smoothie (but I have a powerful lender! be careful trying to blitz frozen stuff!!)
Also I sometimes add some Fage Total 0% fat greek yoghurt, perhaps half a cup if I'm feeling greedy!
The banana gives plenty of natural sweetness and the peanut butter has enough protien to stop me form getting hungry before lunchtime!
Super quick to make too! Comes in at about 350 cals, depending on fruits used etc more if i include the yoghurt.0 -
Start with a warm glass of water with lemon. Then, oatmeal with berries, yogurt, and a bit of honey. And, of course, my coffee, black.0

I've been favoring half a thin bagel with 1/3 fat cream cheese. Not very many calories if you just eat half and it's super thin anyway. I drink a coffee with that. I won't give that up.0
