    I'm in!

    My goals are:
    1) 175 minutes of exercise
    2) Lose 2 pounds
    3) Be under 1800mg of sodium for 5/7 days.

    Goals Met:
    1) 175 of 175 minutes met.
    2) I lost 3.4 pounds this week! YESS!
    3) I was under 4/7 days.

    I'd say it was successful. Have a beautiful, wonderful, amazing Mother's Day to all of you mothers!

    Just checkin in!
    Goals:
    1)No binging!!! -- yesterday I had a binge (ice cream!). That's the only day this week, though.
    2) Food log every day. -- Yes!
    3) Move some at least 3X this week -- Yes! (Yesterday did Turbo Jam Cardio Party & walked 20 minutes. Today, I walked/ran 40 minutes --mostly walked).
    4) 6 glasses of water per day -- Yes!

    I won't be able to do this week's challenge, but wanted to tell y'all "Thanks" for helping to keep me motivated last week. I lost 2.8 pounds!

    so Friday nearly 400 deficit and Sat had an amazing 1050 deficit because I was so busy at party keeping tables full of food and drink glasses filled I didnt have time to keep eating all day like I would normally at a party like this!!
    over all not bad.
