So I joined a 24 hour workout total challenge for April. I did not do so well. Only a total of 8 hours. So I wanted to try again. I am also going to do Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. EVERYDAY! I figure this will hold me accountable.
So today.
May 1. 26 minutes shred 10 minutes free weights.

Wow.. That seems kinda tough.. But I'm willing to try 24 hours in May..

I did this in March and did great, but barely missed it in April! I want to try again!!!!
May 1 = 1 hour at the gym. Lifting/bike/walking/stretching.

This past week I have found that challenges are the things for me. I already have a lot on my plate. However, I think this isn't asking me to do anything other then track my time. So here we go 24 hours in May!

I'm in, although off to a terrible start! (12 hours shift in the ER, off at 4a, in bed at 5a and up with a 4 year old at 8:30a...I could barely keep my eyes open!)
