    May 2: 21 min run, 32 min Zumba, 22 mins squats and push ups = 76
    May 3: 40 min of push ups, sit ups, and stairs
    May 4: 60 min Zumba and 46 min running = 106
    May 5: 22 min of squats, calf raises, sit ups and push ups (today was my easy day)
    May 8: 25 min of squats and push ups, 45 min walking = 70
    May 9: 30 min kick boxing and 11 min of push ups = 41
    May 10: 50 min Pilates, 30 Min run, 23 min walk = 103
    May 11: 40 min walking
    May 12: 15 min Zumba, 15 min squats and 21 min running = 51

    May 4 = 30 minutes running.
    May 5 = 1 hour running.
    May 7 = 1 hour 5 minutes... my first 10K!!!!!
    May 8 = 45 minutes walking/biking.
    May 10 = 30 minutes running.
    May 12 = 1 hour running.
    May 13 = 30 minute walk.
    May 14 = 1 hour 20 minutes running/stretching.
    May 15 = 1 hour 30 minutes elliptical/lifting/biking.
