Dairy is so important. Obviously if you have an allergy its not good for you but for the rest of us...we need the calcium, vitamin d, protein etc!!! For those who cant eat dairy make sure to take your calcium suplements and drink things like almond milk, soy milk and rice milk even better a variety of those!!!
Yesterday I barely ate anything but i did have a cup and half of milk!!!!!

Well, so far, I might not have that many miles today as I had my trainer this morning, and we threw weights around (wish there were a way to calculate that as mileage. ). Did walk the dog in the a.m., though. AND, I already took my calcium, whereas yesterday I forgot! :grumble: Will try to put in more mileage this evening...

I used to be sensitive to cow milk. Goat milk is fantastic, but sooo much more expensive...
My miles are not so happy looking... I know I could pound them out pretty quickly on the stationary bike. Unfortunately, our weather's been terrible, so I haven't been outside as much.
