    Wow, I am really not doing well this week with this challenge!! I am going hiking this weekend, so that will help, but the dairy....!

    MON –Miles: 1 (hiking-it's very cold here :( ) ~ Servings of Dairy: 5 (pretty easy for me...I grew up on a diary farm :) got it in as c. 1% milk with BK, 1 1/2 c. (3 serv) fat-free cottage cheese over 2 snacks, 1 sl. low-fat cheese for lunch )
    TUES – Miles: 2 (walking) ~ Servings of Dairy: 4 (low-fat shr. cheese, 2 sticks light string cheese, 1 cont. greek yogurt)
    WED – Miles: 4 (walking & hiking) ~ Servings of Dairy: 1 (1% milk) :embarassed:
    THU – Miles: 1.2 hiking, 8.53 mtn biking ~ Servings of Dairy: 2.5-3 (cheese on sub, greek yogurt, 1.2 c. 1% milk + cheese on flatbread pizza and organic 1/2 &1/2)

    Walking I am up to 18 and a half miles so far this week. I haven't been keeping an eye on how much dairy I've been having. Probably have been hitting the 3 a day though. :)

    with my fever yesterday I ate way too little. Same today! Man I have not been this sick in like 3 years. I rarely get sick, and I am not just saying that! But when I do... it's like I got ran over by a truck! My joints ached so bad yesterday that I could hardly move comfortably. :( This started a tiny bit on Thursday and then just got worse Friday and then today.... some progress with body aches... still sore throat and serious headache today! I want to be better!!!! I am definitely IN for the next challenge!!!!! Absolutely! I just totally bombed this one! HA! You all are rockin it!

    i joined a Challenge Group 3 weeks ago , and the weights we are seeing at our meeting is incredible . one young man has lost 26lb in 3 weeks , he joined the same time as i did . amazing :smile:
