Wow, I am really not doing well this week with this challenge!! I am going hiking this weekend, so that will help, but the dairy....!0 -

Walking I am up to 18 and a half miles so far this week. I haven't been keeping an eye on how much dairy I've been having. Probably have been hitting the 3 a day though.

with my fever yesterday I ate way too little. Same today! Man I have not been this sick in like 3 years. I rarely get sick, and I am not just saying that! But when I do... it's like I got ran over by a truck! My joints ached so bad yesterday that I could hardly move comfortably. This started a tiny bit on Thursday and then just got worse Friday and then today.... some progress with body aches... still sore throat and serious headache today! I want to be better!!!! I am definitely IN for the next challenge!!!!! Absolutely! I just totally bombed this one! HA! You all are rockin it!0

i joined a Challenge Group 3 weeks ago , and the weights we are seeing at our meeting is incredible . one young man has lost 26lb in 3 weeks , he joined the same time as i did . amazing0
