    I've missed two days due to illness. Am going to do day 4 level 3 this morning and am going to try and knock over the last 7 workouts inside of the next week.

    I doubled up today and did days 4 and 5 of level 3. Am still trying to get the 30 workouts in before May is over which will require two more days of doubled up workouts.

    Day 30 DONE!!!!!

    I am very happy with my results. I am feeling a lot stronger and can visually see a difference in my body. I didn't lose a lot of weight - though I had less than a kilo to go to get to my goal weight when I started and I hit that part way through and switched to maintenance calories. I am thrilled with the inches lost particularly the 4.5cm (1.8 inches) that I lost off my hips and the 2cm (0.8 inche) that I lost off each arm and each thigh.
