Underwear - What's your favorite?

What everyone's favorite brand/type/style underwear? I want to try something new, but I don't want to tons to test out before I find good ones.
I've worn the same style underwear for years (Lane Bryant – string bikini style) and now that I'm losing weight I find they just don't fit well anymore. Even when I buy them in a smaller size, I still get diaper butt syndrome.
Any suggestions on what to try next?

I enjoy boxers myself, but I'm guessing you don't really care what I wear. My wife loves the string undies as well, maybe try a different store that has the same style, but are thinner in the back. Specific brand, couldn't help. :ohwell:0

I like Victoria Secret, cotton thong. They don't constantly remind me where they are like some other thongs can do.0

Victoria Secret very sexy lace trim thong.. Very seamless through clothing.. And hot!0

Hanes Cotton comfort waist boy shorts or low-rise bikinis0

Boy shorts are my favorite. :0]0

I only wear the Victoria's Secret Pink cotton. I wear just about all the styles that they have in the Pink cotton. I think my favorite are the low rise bikini, I also like the new ruched back!0

I'm 7 months pregnant so anything comfy. I've just discovered Hanes bikini's - which I was too fat to fit into before - and they are awesome. They don't ride up and they don't get all crazy around the elastic. I also LOVE Victoria's Secret because I can get matching bras and panties but they're kind of pricey so if you're still in an 'in-between' size, you may want to hold off because that store is more like an investment. :-)0

Anything Victoria's Secret - plus - they will help with sizing for just about anything you buy from them.0

I only wear Victorias Secret under garmets. They are worth the money. They last and they fit how they should. I love their hiphugger bikinis and thongs. Their bras are so comfortable you could sleep in them.0

I would try getting them from a different store. I love Lane Bryant, but I have never bought the underwear. I just didn't want to spend the money on underwear that might not fit right. I wear a size 14 now, but I have been around a 18 or 16 for awhile. My underwear size is about an 8 or 7. That could be a reason you are finding them too big. We wear a much small size in underwear. If I wore a 10, I would probably be in a size 5 or 6 underwear.0

Love the brand! Not so much lacy briefs, but Gillian O'malley is great for underwear or bras...and very affordable!0 -

Agreed!! I would never have ever tried a thong before, but I did finally break down and buy one a couple years ago at VS and they are the only thing I wear now. I just bought size medium there and they fit!! :flowerforyou:0 -
I love all-lace thongs, you can barely tell you're wearing them and they don't leave panty lines, even under tight clothing. I usually buy mine at Kohl's or Target, but I think any brand would work. Kohl's sells a brand (maidenform, I think) that are one size fits all, so they're great when you're losing weight!0

Warner's hi-cuts. They're nice and silky and snug. They come in bikini, hipster and hi cut... not sure about string bikini.0

I like this thread!!!
Kinda' reminds me of the Sears catalog....0 -
I am not a good one to ask. I wear "granny panties". LOL. I am all about the comfort!0

Boy shorts from Target, Xhiliration brand. Can't beat the 5 for 20$ deals or the cute patterns, and they are super comfy.0

My favs are the lace thongs from Aerie or Victoria's Secret. The waist is all lace so they're super soft and super sexy! Plus, no VPL. They typically run at about 5 for $25 when they have specials, otherwise I believe they're $7 each. I probably have about 50 of these lol0
