    154.8 today! Not a great loss (0.2 lbs) but it means my 3 week plateau is gone! :drinker:

    Well I'm down 1.5 lbs from last week. But that still means I'm 1.5 over from when I first started. I'm at 141.5

    Sorry to weigh in late! I'm up a pound this week thanks to TOM.. 156.4 :( Hoping this week goes better! Good job everyone else! Some great losses this week. :)

    If yours says 100% you didn't weigh in recently, if it has an error you haven't weighed in in a very long time. If it's negative, you gained.

    Phoenixrising11 and Nekoashi were the prefects 2 weeks ago!
    Nekoashi and Blondie2285 were last week's prefects!

    Sorry, this got behind guys, and you didn't get to brag :( I'll try to keep up better from here to the end!

    Also, there were lots of very close thirds and fourths and even fifths! Let's keep in up, Gryffindors, and finish strong!

    Wow, I was a prefect?! Its ok I didn't know, I'm not the bragging type anyhow lol :P

    I didn't lose any weight last week, but darn it this week I am determined to this week. Went on a nice walk on the beach, and then bought groceries while out on the walk and carried them back to the car.... what a workout!

    I'm so so sorry I haven't been able to post my weight on the forums for a while! I've been so caught up in things I completely forgot about it! Back on track this week though and will post Friday's weight on Sunday. :)

    Hurrah!

    This week I'm showing a loss of 1.4lb which puts me back on track at a pound a week, given that I only showed a loss of half a pound last week due to TOM. Great to know I'm still losing around 1lb a week - it's going to get a lot harder as I head towards a healthy weight, but looks like I'm not struggling yet. :bigsmile:

    As of this morning, I am at the same weight as last Sunday. So, the bad news is no loss. But the good news is that yesterday I was up 2 pounds after a couple of days out of town. So I'm just glad to be back to where I was. :)

    Great week everyone! Only about a month left before the movie comes out! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

    This weeks Challanges are:

    Food Challenge:

    Try a new protein source you havent tried...can be anything..a bean, a new type of meat, tofu, some kind of soy or dairy product you havent tried..etc. If you have tried everything, try cooking something a new way!


    Exercise challenge:

    Exercising is always easier when you have support...try getting a group together (or at least one other person) and do your workout with them! Or just go for a group walk or bike ride! :)

    :: For me, I'm going to try making burgers with some ground turkey instead of beef. I've never used it before and I already planned on it :)

    I always exercise with my bestie cuz we're roomies, too! So, check!

    What are you fellow Gryffindors going to try for this week's challenges?
