    @polishprincess, I find that with that you lose track of where everyone is as they may just post that weeks loss, or current weight, so i tend to find that there isn't much support offered until the table arrives, also it is harder to manage. I would like to continue as we are, but if everyone else wants to do something different then I don''t mind.

    I have had a very heavy weekend so I am not looking forward to wednesday but what will be will be! I am trying to get back on track

    I stayed the same this week, went away for the weekend and found it so hard to stick to it, my downfall were crisps and dip!!! Argh! I am going to be good from today!

    No, just copy and paste the table and add yourself in alphabetically, then just do the same each wednesday updating your figures, welcome aboard!

    I think thats my fault. I am new to this and I just grabbed the one from curlyelm and not the one you changed. Sorry!:noway: If someone can fix it I will try to do better, I promise!!

    Just wanted to check in and say hi to everyone and see how it's going. So what are you doing to lose weight before xmas?

    I'm eating a low calorie diet and doing 30ds, I might add in some walking or zumba.
