    I am listening..and I have decided that I will cut out soda and drink lots of water to see what happens. I think I will allow myself maybe one soda if we go out with friends and stop there. Here goes nothing....I may have a lot to lose:laugh: That's the point of doing the calorie thing. Also I have a chronic kidney disease and my doctor has been wanting me to quit for a long time...so he'll be pleased. Just hope I can stick to it! thanks

    ever seen on tv how they can clean a toilet with diet soda? Can't be good for us!

    Ever seen in real life how you can clean a toilet with regular soda?... or actually, in real life used regular coke to degrease equipment on a ship?
