Knee crackin at 35????

Thanks for the encouragment and advice everyone! I appreciate it. Guess it can be easing on the mind just to know that your not the only one making funny noises when walking up the stairs :happy:

Sadly, my knees and ankles have been popping and cracking since I was a teenager. My mom always laughed that I can't sneak up the stairs because that popping noise was my ankles. No stealth mode!
