You can, but what you find is different foods are much better at getting you through the day, and you will be very weak and hungry if you eat too much junk and eat less then your daily calories. If you don't want to diet in the sense of giving up foods, you can try holding the line on calories and you will naturally be inclined to eat better food (to stop the hunger pains).0
