I love the 6 inch flat bread (toasted) with cheese and tomato then I have them add cucumbers, spinach and jalapenos. I'm not a vegetarian but I love it. Also the 6 inch flat bread with chicken, spinach, tomato, jalapeno and chipolte sauce (I only add the sauce if I have extra calories to spare).0

i dont really go to subway that much anymore. but whenever i did, i used to get a foot-long meatball marinara. i didnt realize how many calories was in it. so other times, i would just get a foot long chicken teriyaki. but if i were to go now, i would probably get a 6' turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with lots of veggies!0

I love so many sandwiches from Subway.... Right now the sub of the month is The orchard chicken salad. I get that on 9-grain bread, no cheese, lettuc, tomato, pickles, sweet peppers. I also love the sweet onion teriyaki with all the same toppings. I also love their breakfast sandwiches, but I find I can make them much cheaper.0

I love many of their subs and they have saved me many times while eating out. I've come to love a 6' veggie delight on wheat or italian with no mayo or cheese lately. Thank God there is places out there where you can enjoy a great tasting sandwich without feeling guilty.0

I am working at subway right now while I job search, and before working here the oven roasted chicken was my favorite, until I saw the package it came in, and it has a longer ingredients list with many unrecognizable ingredients, its made with chicken, but not actually chicken, eeeek. also, the wheat breads are not whole grain, just fyi, they are highly processed, putting 9 grain in the name makes people thing that its wholesome, even if each and every one of those grains is processed within an inch of its life.
The flatbread is tasty, but higher in fat, I get the wheat bread, and pick out most of the interior portion of the bread, then put in turkey and roast beef, a big handful of spinach, douple tomatoes, double green peppers and onions, cukes, and olives, I drizzle a little light mayo and some oregano and pepper and am only able to force it closed because I picked out most of the bread on the inside. yum.0 -

6 inch honey oat chicken breast, no cheese, with all the veggies and honey mustard + sweet onion sauce and salt and pepper. If I have some extra calories I like the Southwest sauce instead, yum!0
-
meatball with pickles bbq sauce lettuce & sub sauce, or steak with honeymustard and lettuce on either whole wheat or flat bread0
-
Chicken breast salad with sweet onion salad, no cheese.
If they had gluten-free bread, I'd be down for the whole grain and veggies with regular mustard, no cheese. Those are so yummy! Like a healthier version of vegetarian pizza!0 -
