    Great Value maple and brown sugar oatmeal (sugar free). they are only 100 calories/ pack too and its delicious. the apple and cinnamon comes in sugar free also.

    fiber plus also makes waffles. 2 for 160 calories. get the sugar free log cabin syrup and its another 30 calories for 1/4 cup of syrup. YUMMY

    Use your oatmeal packets, but get the plain ones instead of the flavored, and stir in 1 TBL nut butter - peanut, cashew, almond, even tahini :) . It will add about 100 cal. Less sugar, more protein, and some good fat. You can keep the nut butter at your desk.
