I weighed in yesterday morning at 320.5 and after the beginning of the week that I allowed, I am proud that I was able to get to only a 0.7 lb gain. Here's to next week being better.0

Initial weight (weighed last week) 195lbs
Today (Final weigh in as I'm on vacation for the next few days) 188.8
I was doing really great the first week of this challenge and then I started my time of the month (with pms it's like 2 weeks-ugh!), so I just let myself go crazy with chocolate after mothers day (chocolate cake in the house-boo). Any way the last 8 days I've been consistent with my eating and exercise.... Now to make those habits permanent!

My final weigh-in is gonna be 157 =( I'll check tomorrow morning, but I don't have very high hopes. I think I'm gonna have to change something up, because my status quo hasn't been working for me the last month. This is I guess typical for being within 25 lbs of my goal.0

I'm gonna be posting tomorrow! cos I've had a couple of days heavy on salt / and its playing havoc with my scale numbers!!
Low salt for me today!!!!!

Well, I ended just where I started, 152.4, but I'm working with a trainer at the gym and feeling positive about other life changes. Count me in for the next challenge, and thanks, Margie, for keeping this going.0

I've stuck at 181 this week! which is ok because I've had a few awkward times with some meals out etc, so I'm happy with that! Its also my original challenge goal weight anyways so I'm a happy peep
Well done everyone for the losses (even if they weren't as much as you wanted) and if you didn't lose anything, don't worry! All of your hard work will still pay off in the end!!
