    Checking at no weight loss yet, but i shall not give up yet.

    I have been doing the Biggest Loser Boot camp and definitely recommend to all the Vixens that would love to try it. It incorporates cardio and strength training.

    It so great to read about everyone doing so well. My own work is also messing me up this week...I'm the "boss" ...the little "boss" not the big one...but I forgot to weigh in at all today.....and I've been running around so much tonight that this is the first chance I've had to sit down and actually look at anything.

    So while I can't report any weight loss...i can say that my energy is way up....which I'm taking as a good sign.....

    Hope the scale agrees with me...

    :sad: Did not lose this week! Such a difficult week. I seem to have finally reached my plateau.:sad: Hope I can catch up next week. I will have to go back to measuring everything and logging every morsel that goes in my mouth. And add some exercise, this week I didn't exercise at all.

    I've only gone an done it!!!! :bigsmile:

    This mornings weight was 181.0 :drinker: I looked at my scales and was like ''HUH????''

    sooo, I'm gonna set myself a new goal of 179!!! and see what I can do in 10 days!!! If I don't reach it I'll not be heartbroken, but if i do then um I'll be even more speechless!!! :laugh:

    How are you all doing??

    Great job meeting your goal early! I've also done the same! But I don't think I'm going to adjust my goal. Keep up the good work. I bet you can get another 2 pounds off by Memorial Day!

    Great job meeting your goal early! I've also done the same! But I don't think I'm going to adjust my goal. Keep up the good work. I bet you can get another 2 pounds off by Memorial Day!

    You are doing Great Pam and so close to your goal weight !
    I am checking in at 196.0 this week lost 2 pounds ! Total of 40 so far for me for weight loss ! I have 3 more pounds to loose for this challenge and hope to have a pretty good week this week !

    Wow ladies, you are blowing me away! Been holding steady the past week, so at least I'm not going up and down with the water weight anymore. Just hope I see the number dip below 159 before Memorial Day.

    Hi everyone! I am not doing so well weight-loss wise. I started this challenge at 134. My Memorial Day goal is 130. I weighed-in last week at 131.5. I was super excited!!! Today I weighed-in and was back up to 134. What????? I didn't have my best week, but it wasn't terrible. My calories on some days were under goal, but on a few days they were over (but still below my maintenance calorie level). I exercised 6 of 7 days. I'm so bummed.....

    I'm gonna re-check in a few days. Maybe its water weight?? We did go out to eat last night and I did have one beer. Maybe I can still reach my goal.

    I am so motivated by actual weight loss.....seeing those numbers move....maybe this week will be better.

    V- maybe its sodium! usually restaurant food has a high amount of sodium. I would check again in a few days. Keep drinking plenty of water to help flush your system.

    I think that most of my previous loss was just because I was sick. I'm back up. But I still think I can make my goal! Everyone is doing great! Its definately easier to stay involved in a shorter challenge! :)
