Amazing results! I just started it yesterday, plan on doing the entire 30 days and then moving up to the next level etc. until I do all three levels!0

WTG!! that is a ton of inches off in 1 month!! and you can see a big difference in your midsection!0

Thanks everyone!!! I tracked it as circuit training, general and ate back most of the calories (never ate LESS than the 1200 NET) I think it's pretty accurate for what mfp figured for me. It had me burning around 230 for 25 minutes at around 150... So, I don't know... Anyway.... good luck to all of you doing it and I can't wait to see and hear about YOUR results!!!0
