    I'll give it a go. Still need to catch up on my crunches from yesterday. I love crunches, life was just too go-go-go yesterday and I forgot about them :(

    First time checking out this board but I love the mini-challenge idea! Super cute!

    Now to figure out how I can do them while I work. (I'm an operating room nurse...)

    Another little thing I'm starting today is to walk during my lunch break, get away from all the free food. (it's a nice perk but not nice for a chubby girl who loves to eat!)

    I run a physician's practice in a hospital - I know how that free food thing can go. Since I started this I haven't once touched it! Not even the healthy stuff. I bring my lunch so I know where it came from and how it was made. Sometimes I add a salad that I make myself from the salad bar at work. There have been RARE occasions where I've chosen pre-made stuff from the caf, but those times were rare.

    Trick to doing them at work - go into the bathroom and do 20 at a time!

    I know this may be a stupid question, but...can someone explain to me how to do each challenge daily? I have never exercised before joining MFP. A lot of the exercises/challenges I am unsure how to do correctly. Sorry for being dumb...:blushing:

    I did 200 yesterday but didn't end up getting any of the crunches in (started on squats before I realized we were doing crunches) so I will just swap and do crunches today! Thanks!

    I just completed my 150 remaining crunches from yesterday (I did the standing ones that someone posted a you tube video of, since I was at the park with my son). I'll try the squats but doubt I can do all of them.....I stink at leg exercises! LOL

    There are modified versions as well (such as against a wall (level 1) or with weights (leverl 3).

    The goall is to do as many as you can and more than you ever have before. If this is your 1st week aim for 100, 2nd week 150 and 3rd week 200.
