I did 200 yesterday but didn't end up getting any of the crunches in (started on squats before I realized we were doing crunches) so I will just swap and do crunches today! Thanks!0

I just completed my 150 remaining crunches from yesterday (I did the standing ones that someone posted a you tube video of, since I was at the park with my son). I'll try the squats but doubt I can do all of them.....I stink at leg exercises! LOL0

There are modified versions as well (such as against a wall (level 1) or with weights (leverl 3).
The goall is to do as many as you can and more than you ever have before. If this is your 1st week aim for 100, 2nd week 150 and 3rd week 200.0 -

OMG these are going to be the death of me. I've only done 60 and my legs are jello-y... I am out of shape!

I down with it! Other ideas I have are burpees, jumping jacks, squat jacks (where you do a jumping jack and touch your toes instead of letting hands hit your sides) and my all time favorite - jumping rope! You get the same benefits of jumping rope whether you have a rope or not.
Oh yeah, thanks for the how to video. This is the perfect exercise to do while watching Biggest Loser tonight!0 -

Drat! I went and did my stairs before checking in:) Cool though - I love doing stairs (got 740 in, 2 at a time!).
Happy you're mixing it up...keeps the brain happy.
Squats will get done throughout the day.
