    I'm 5'4" myself and my goal is 135, well, maybe 128 but i'll see when i get to 135 first if i can stand to loose a few more.

    I'm just about at your starting weight now (161 lbs) having come down from 191 lbs. You look amazing at 134 lbs. Inspiring stuff, thank you.

    WOW! Just, WOW! You are my inspiration! My current weight is a little higher than yours, but it's amazing the change you went through is really not that much time. I have been pretty diligent with logging and working out (I'm also a JM addict) and I hope my results are even just a bit as great as yours!!! :drinker:
