    I started this yesterday! Hoping for good changes!
    I just started Zig/Zagging my calories on monday. I have been on a weight loss plateau for over a month now. The inches are going but not the weight.
    I've done LOTS of reading on forums and it seems like the Zig/Zagging has helped lots of people.

    I am a mom to a 1 year old girl that is my everything. She is one of my main reasons for getting into shape because I want to be around for a long time for her and to give her a example of living fit and healthy. My main stats are in my signature but my main goal is to maintain my weight between 150 - 140 lbs (I wanted to be 150 lbs by my B-Day but it looks like I'm going to have to push it back). I am currently doing Turbo Fire which is so much fun and it keeps me going. One of my future goals is when I'm done with Turbo Fire, I want to start start a hybrid schedule of Turbo Fire and P90X (my husband does this one).........I know, it's crazy but I want to see if I can push myself even further.

    HI Mommies! I am a mommy of two boys 3yr old and a 13yr old. I've been trying to work out before dinner but its not working I feel like I try to hurry just so we can have more time together (me n the kids)... Then my next dilema is my hubby works nights so he gets home late so I dont want to wake him up in the morning with my WorkOuts! What do I do???

    oh and this ZigZagging thing sounds interesting.

    This has been a very busy week for me. Been getting all my workouts in and staying on track eating wise, just haven't had too much time to be on the forums. Hope everyone is pushing hard! Ready for the weekend =)

    I'm a Mama on a mission. I have a 5 month old daughter.
    I'd love to weigh around 125, that means 40lbs to lose. I really need to stay motivated!
