    So.. I set my goal for this week to burn 1000 cals.. HELLO! I got a Wii this week and boxing for 15 minutes is 100 cals. I was huffing and puffing, but dang I can totally get to 1000 by Friday! Time to up that goal for next week!

    Oh I also love exercising with the Wii! At the moment I am doing the 9 weeks challenge of EA Sports Active 2. Boxing is really cool! I love it!

    I will be making a new post for week 2 of this operation for everyone to weigh in and report how we did on meeting the goals we set for ourselves this past week! I hope you have all been thinking about the new goals you will set for yourself for this next week!!

    OK I'm in, hope its not too late but I checked the following details off my MFP app :)

    Starting weight (current): 92.2kg
    Goal weight (for 8/13): 83.1kg (lose .7kg per wk)
    Week 1 goals: to walk/run at least 3 times a week, take the dog for walks
    Calories burned: 3788
    Weight loss: +.1kg (started the C25K and gained weight in Week 1, hopefully it starts going down again now)
    Nutrition: to stay as close to 1200 cals a day as possible

    Ok, so i am almost a week late on this challenge, but i would still like to join in.

    Starting weight: 175
    Goal: 154

    Week 1 goals:
    Calories burned 1500 this week
    Weight loss: 1lb
    Nutrition: No chocolate this week & 5 glasses of water a day.

    Week 1 achivements :
    Caloris burned 1456 (should have done another 10mins on the bike)
    Weight loss: Still weigh 0lbs,
    Nutrition: Managed 4 large glasses a day and no chocolate.

    Woop woop. Looking forward to next week and upping my calories burnt!!!!
