47 lbs Gone - 115 days!! *PICS*

I started this journey on January 16th, 2011 which is 115 days. In that time, I have lost 47 lbs and countless inches. I am 3 lbs away from being in ONEderland. YAY!! I started in size 16/18 jeans and I'm now down to a size 14. :drinker: Oh and I'm 5' 7".

I know most people want to know how I did this. It's no BIG secret though. :smile:

* We watch what we eat. For me that is: no salt (I use Morton's substitute salt), I use a bunch of different Ms. Dash's marinades & spices, no butter, no soda, no sugar for the most part and no mayo - those are some of the things that I have cut out.

* I log my food. And stick to the guidelines that MFP set for me.

* I exercise 4-6 x a week (usually). I do Power 90 (P90) not P90x.

* And I typically do the Couch 2 5k a couple times a week.

* Lastly, the support from the MFP community is beyond amazing! :flowerforyou:

That's the BIG secret. LOL :tongue:

    wow wtg!! I had a total of 29 lbs to lose.. 3 down so far. I was gonna try and lose 2lbs a week.. but I'm afraid of having extra skin..so someone said to try and help that.. to lose 1lb a week.. I hope it helps! are you noticing extra skin at all?

    You look so good!!! I am so exctied to see that you are doing the Power 90. I just finished 42 daysof the Power 90 program and going to start the Level 3-4 on Monday. I have lost 21pounds and I feel like sometimes I am not going to hit my goal. Seeing your pics REALLY helped me .

    I started a 217 lbs and today I am 196. I am 5'11.

    Great job and thank you for your motivation!!
