    You totally can! Stick with MFP! It works like a charm! It hasn't let me down. I haven't gained a pound yet! Some weeks I've had little losses but for the most part I've hit 1-3 lbs on average (some weeks more). Thanks for the add!! I would love to support you. That goes for everybody as well! :flowerforyou: :heart:
