    I used it as a guide mostly I tried sticking to it for a few weeks but Im not good at that, I mostly just use MFP to track my calories, fat, carbs, etc...
    I pretty much eat the same thing everyday , but Im a creature of habit

    Wow!!!! I would never even have put the after-you in that same frame as the before-you! You look fine both ways (well way finer the last way!) but you look like a serious body person in the after! HUGE bonus and #1 yahoo to the lower BP, cholesterol, and BS!! This is a life changer! You look like a buff lifeguard model!

    Did people recognize you after the weight loss???

    I am 244 pounds now and working to lose weight. I don't have the P90x nor the $$ to get it, so I am walking. I started walking a month ago, but just joined MFP six days ago. And I am eating meals from healthy choice as well as homemade meals....Again congratulations!
