    Wow! You look GREAT!!! Congratulations!

    Did people recognize you after the weight loss???

    I am 244 pounds now and working to lose weight. I don't have the P90x nor the $$ to get it, so I am walking. I started walking a month ago, but just joined MFP six days ago. And I am eating meals from healthy choice as well as homemade meals....Again congratulations!

    I have had a few people that I havent seen in awhile not recognize me at first. Walking is great it and MFP is how I dropped the first 31 lbs. I would go for a walk in the morning or I would walk during my lunch break at work
