I don't know. That's all well and good for bodybuilding. But for most people, keeping it simple with MFP's 55/15/30 is perfect for most people. It's healthy. It's not complicated. It works.0

Awesome stuff. Determines BMR and TDEE and allows you to actually dial in your daily activities. Considering I spend a nice chunk of my day standing at work this confirms the typical estimates for "sedentary" work are inaccurate.0
