Body Hot spot exercises at home

I usually dance to workout. I also have the 30 day shred, Insanity, and the C25k app on my phone and I plan on doing these every once in awhile too but I wanted to get advice on exercises I can do at home to help tone certain body "hotspots". What can I do to tone my under arms, abs, and reduce cellulite in my thighs and buttocks? I was thinking weights for the arms and crunches for the abs? Any other advice?

    Can't spot reduce. I'd say put together a strength workout that will hit all the major groups, and just continue to do cardio to lose body fat. Once you're at a certain bf % the definition begins to show.
