    Great Idea!

    I'm in - just seen this but I've been exercising

    Day 1 - tue - 90 minute brisk walk
    Day 2 - Wed - 60 minutes walking and 60 minutes Zumba
    Day 3 - Thur - 90 minutes walking at brisk pace - 20 minutes home workout, push ups, lunges, and sit ups

    All right.. day 4: another 45 mins of swimming

    Sunday-45 min elliptical
    Monday-45 min elliptical
    Tuesday-1 hour circuits and weight training
    Wed-will be my day off ( I actually walked 15 min.)
    Thurs--28 minutes on elliptical and power walking, and 1 hour with personal trainer on lower body strength and core

    Tues 55 mins gym
    Wed 31 mins stationary bike
    Thur 30 mins stationary bike and 50 bathroom squats (LOL)

    Computer was down for a while, so here is my update....
    Day one, jogged 35 min on the treadmill. yea!!!
    Day two, jogged 30 min.
    Day three, walked/jogged 60 min.
    Day four, walked/jogged 60 min.
    Day five, off
    Day six, walked/jogged 45 min.

    Sun went to the dam and walked about 1.5 hrs
