    Sad but true, this is much like the peer pressure teen girls are exposed to in our High Schools today...
    My daughter has told me about some of the unbelievably cruel opinions shared amongst the in crowd about girls who are even just slightly over weight....
    We have to enocurage being healthy in our society as the ultimate goal!

    To all my "fatty" friends out there....I LOVE YOU, YOU ARE IMPORTANT AND HATERS LIKE THIS "FITNESS GURU" HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!! So sad that she says if you want to lose weight stop eating...ummm hello starvation mode where you WON'T LOSE any weight!!! This person is a total ignoramus who has no idea what fitness and beauty are truly about! I hope and pray that NOBODY ever listens to her!!! WOW so sad
