    I only managed to get 35 squats in today after I did all of my other work outs today :( I guess it was just too much for my legs to take after an hour of pilates, running a 5k and biking a 6k. OPPPSSS I guess I should have started the day with the squats.
    Lesson learned.

    Done and done! Since we only did 150, I used 2lb weights in each hand. Can't wait for tomorrow!

    Alrighty done! Anyone else who's been doing these mini's with me notice a difference? I totally do! My core is soooo much stronger, my *kitten* rounder, legs firmer and backs of upper thighs! Can also suddenly hold the chair pose ( yoga) like nobody's business!

    I know it doesn't count anymore but I did 306 squats in 16 mins this morning! I am happy that I waited till this morning to push through them. It is my first time I have crossed over into 300 and I am so very excited and proud of myself!

  • If you're at home/other and don't have weights, you can always use bottles of water, canned food, jars of peanut butter, flour, sugar, etc in place of weights! :)
