I'm always warmer than everyone else in any given situation unless I am completely and totally exhausted. Hasn't changed with weight loss, either. I just run hot! In fact, my entire life, my regular body temp is 99, not 98.6. Go figure.0

Yes cold, and itchy. I understand the cold but I'd like an answer to the itchy. It hadn't occurred to me that the itchy might be weight loss related until I read this thread.
dry skin? maybe not enough water and/or fat in your diet?
I lotion my skin everyday after my shower and I drink at least 70oz of water a day.0 -

Yes! Always freezing. Execpt when outside and it's 95 degrees with the same humidity level. Otherwise, freezing!!!!0

It's from the loss of weight. Normally you start to feel it around 10 pounds of weight loss. Some people feel it after losing 5 pounds.0
