I am walking 3 to 5 miles a day at an extreme pace and have been for a few months now. I can see a huge difference. My stomach is smaller but my hips are still so large! Any suggestion on exercises that will target my hips?

Side leg lifts and medial leg lifts to target adductors and abductors.

Keep walking it will go eventually, there is no way to target fat loss.

try squats or lunges - but the good side is that you're at a lesser risk of getting chd becuase you're body doesn't store fat near the heart! :D

No such thing as "targeting hips." Keep up the weight loss and eventually the weight will come off there too.
